Sergeant Major's Coffee Stout

Abv. 10.5 %
The Sergeant Major's Coffee Stout is the ultimate "am I starting my day or ending it?" crisis in a glass. It is the glorious result of beer and coffee looking at each other and saying, “Why choose“? Jet black and totally opaque, topped with a thick, mocha-colored foam head that looks suspiciously like the crema on top of a $7 espresso. It tastes Like a cold-brew coffee and a dark chocolate bar got married and opened a bakery. It’s a rich, bittersweet harmony of heavy-roasted coffee beans, dark cocoa, and hints of molasses.  It's Velvety, smooth, and full-bodied. We threw in a little lactose just to give it that creamy, "I added a splash of half-and-half to my morning cup" texture.  It's Cozy, warming, and sophisticated. It’s the perfect beer for sitting by a fire, pacing yourself through a chilly evening, or pretending you're sophisticated while drinking liquid breakfast at 9 PM. It’s a beautiful paradox: it looks like motor oil, smells like a hipster café, and tastes like pure comfort.

Rich and Dark

Cervesa Destructo-Bourbon Barrel Aged Anjio

Abv. 13.5%
Some beers are meant for backyard lawn mowing. This is not that beer. Our Bourbon Barrel-Aged Dark Mexican Lager is what happens when you give a traditionally laid-back style an Ivy League education. We took a smooth, rich dark lager and tucked it away inside freshly emptied bourbon barrels from our friends over at Red Ox Distillery.

During its prolonged nap in the wood, the beer dialed up the decadence, emerging with a sophisticated, velvety profile of toasted oak, vanilla, and top-shelf caramel notes. It’s incredibly complex, dangerously smooth, and highly likely to convince you that you know how to play the Spanish guitar. (Trust us, you don't). Pairs well with: Carne asada, a cozy campfire, and zero plans tomorrow.

O'Dark 30 Black IPA

Abv. 5.0%
Look, we know what you’re thinking. "Black India Pale Ale" is a total contradiction. How can something be pale and black? Don’t overthink it. Just close your eyes and let your taste buds settle the argument. This beer pours as dark as a midnight power outage, but hits your tongue with a slightly hoppy punch of a classic West Coast IPA. It’s a trick of the light, a beautiful lie, and your new favorite beer.  Pairs well with: Sunglasses worn indoors and conspiracy theories.

New!

Lair's Lager

Abv. 6.2%.
For people who like their beer cold, and their flavor profile uncomplicated.

Lair’s Lager, named after our head brewer,  is the ultimate "beer-flavored beer." It’s clean, bready, and light. It’s a beer designed to hide nothing. Because our brewer is a former Army bomb tech who spent his career dealing with incredibly volatile, high-pressure situations, we made sure this recipe was 100% stable. No drama, no surprises, just absolute precision.

It's a crisp, refreshing brew for when the dust settles and a long day is finally defused. Grab a pint, take a sip, and appreciate what happens when people with incredibly steady hands make your beer.

For MICH ULTRA LOVERS!

On a Boat Light Ale

Abv. 4.5%

Clocking in at a casual 4.5% ABV, this light ale is specifically engineered for maritime activities or just sitting on a lawn chair pretending you own a yacht."

It’s crisp, incredibly crushable, and scientifically formulated to ensure you can stay upright even if the waves (or your friend’s pontoon driving) get a little choppy.

Non-Alcoholic!

Rendered Safe

Abv. 0.2%
All the beer vibes. None of the booze.

Rendered Safe is our non-alcoholic beer for those times when you want to crack a cold one without actually cracking your good judgment.

Crisp, refreshing, and easy drinking — because sometimes the best decision is to have a beer and still be able to remember where you parked.

The beer has been rendered safe. You, however, are still on your own.
